By accessing or using Chess Reboot (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

2. Courses & Content

Purchased courses grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own learning. You may not redistribute, copy, or resell any course content. Free preview lessons are provided at the instructor's discretion and may change.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our payment partner (Lemon Squeezy), who acts as the Merchant of Record. Prices are displayed in USD. Due to the digital nature of our content, all sales are final once you begin a course. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, please contact us and we will work to resolve it.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Platform to distribute malware, harass others, infringe copyrights, or engage in any unlawful activity. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

Chess Reboot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing
• Google OAuth — authentication (if you choose to sign in with Google)
• Resend — transactional emails
• Cloudinary — image hosting
